dodge 2012 viper
Beware of the highly venomous viper on the roads! Dodge has launched its ever powerful 600HP 2008 Dodge Viper SRT10 Roadster sports car for the brave kids on the road. It is likely to reach the American roads in the summer pausing a survival threat for the other roadster crawlers. Thanks to the engine technology developed by Street and Racing Technology (SRT) Engineering, Chrysler Group, for offering an 8.4-liter aluminum V-10 engine for this sparkling Viper SRT10 in eight different colors.
Aren't you curious to know its capacity of throwing the 'venom' on the roads? SRT engineers beautifully performed their engineering skills by equipping this fast roadster with the best engine possible on the roads by complying with the regulatory measures such as Federal Tier 2, Bin 5, and California's Low Emissions Vehicle (LEV) 2 mandates.
Fast car SRT adopted the racer's formula for the 2008 Dodge Viper SRT10 Roadster - bigger displacement, efficient breathing and higher engine speed. The exceptional performance of the Viper SRT10 sports car, added to its eye-catching appearance, is going to make new records on the roads. Apart from the interior and the exterior, Dodge offers a lot of customizable options to SRT 10 Viper owners who are crazy for cars with a difference.
The exterior of the 2008 Dodge Viper SRT10 will grab the attention of the snake-catchers. The fast car comes in eight different exterior colors including the slippery snake-green, venomous violet and the dangerous red. The color, along with the larger hood scoop, will make this roadster live up to its name.
The cylinder heads of Viper SRT 10's engine is equipped with computer numerically controlled (CNC)- shaped combustion chambers, and larger valves with variable valve timing (VVT). VVT helps the valves to operate automatically as per the engine requirements, and thus offers a lot of relaxation time to the engine resulting better efficiency and cleaner surrounding. Another innovation in the engine technology of this sports car is the platinum-tip spark plugs that are used to ignite the fuel mixture in the engine. These plugs are fired by the plug coils placed on the cylinder-head covers.
The advanced safety and security technology adopted in the Viper SRT10 will pump in more enthusiasm in the car lovers to possess this vehicle not only as a racing car, but as a luxury car for everyday use. The safety measures at SRT10 include adjustable pedals, advanced multistage front air bags with occupant classification system, anti-lock brake system, belt-alert, and many more like that.
Now the choice is yours - own this venomous viper or get a bite from it!

Dodge Sports Car
Most reviewers agree that among the three Detroit muscle cars, the 2010 Dodge Challenger plays the retro card to the highest degree. Automobile Magazine calls it a "head turner," while Cars.com refers to its "Hot Wheels" styling.
Motor Trend is pleased to report that "the Challenger SE isn't completely stripped of Challenger R/T and SRT exterior jewelry and doesn't scream 'rental car.'" As for the other trims, Car and Driver says that "the SE is closest to the 1970 model that was the clear inspiration for this new generation" of Dodge Challengers, while the "R/T adds fog lamps, 18-inch aluminum wheels" and "a body-color rear spoiler," and the SRT8 is distinguished by "faux-carbon-fiber hood strips, xenon lights ... a matte black deck spoiler, and a deeper front air dam with functional brake ducts."
What's not available, appearance-wise, as a factory option is bound to be available as a dealer-installed Mopar accessory. Motor Trend points out that "Mopar can accommodate with everything from a Ram air hood to a coil-over suspension kit that drops the car up to 1.625 inches."
While the interior isn't nearly as edgy and retro-extreme as the exterior, it gets mostly favorable reviews from a wide range of sources read by TheCarConnection.com. ConsumerGuide reviewers love that "the Chrysler-standard control layout places most systems within easy reach," and while "the navigation system absorbs most audio functions" it does so "with good results." TheCarConnection.com's editors also appreciate how the gauges in the Challenger are very readable despite following the retro theme. Motor Trend asserts that the Challenger benefits from "a healthy dose of retro-modern style

Dodge Challenger
Dodge is renounded for its Mopar muscle cars such as the Dodge Charger and the Dodge Challenger of the 1970s. These classic cars are quite popular at custom car shows, especially in North America. Their modern counter parts, the retro styled Dodge Charger and the Dodge Challenger of the late 2000s, as well as the hot Dodge Viper of the 1990s have also become quite popular among car tuners such as Geiger and can be seen at any car show, from SEMA in Las Vegas, to the Essen Motor Show in Germany, and even at the Tokyo Auto Salon in Japan!
We've collected pictures of some of our favorite classic Mopar Dodge muscle cars, as well as some of the more modern Dodge cars from different car shows around the world...

2010 Dodge Challenger Mopar
Chrysler has released the special edition Mopar 2010 Dodge Challenger. A special-edition 2010 Dodge Challenger comes to the market in August from Mopar, a Chrysler LLC group.
The limited edition model is based on the 2010 Challenger R/T with the 5.7-liter HEMI V8 engine. Mopar, the parts and accessories arm of Chrysler, has spruced up the car with a raft of cosmetic and performance enhancements.
The interior comes with the same Katzikin custom black leather on the seats, assorted stitches seems the exterior stripes, a particular steering wheel and a custom gear shifter. We insist on it because the manual version has a strange ending as possible, pretty so much like a pistol grip.
The Mopar edition features a Brilliant Black paint job, accent stripes (available in Blue, Red or Silver), a ventilated T/A-style hood, black-chrome trim, and 20-inch gloss-black wheels.
The Mopar 2010 Dodge Challenger features a stiffer chassis, a cold-air intake, a hood-venting system and a unique engine cover. The company does not mention whether or not the performance of the Mopar 2010 Dodge Challenger is improved or not over the standard car.

"Mopar '10 has a wicked, sinister appearance that will turn heads." said Ralph Gilles, President and CEO of Dodge, Chrysler Group LLC. "The Mopar brand resonates with hard-core enthusiasts, and this car will too."
Dodge and Mopar collaborated to create Mopar '10, a "Mopar modified" 2010 Dodge Challenger R/T. Under-the-hood features include the legendary 5.7-liter HEMI® V-8 engine, a hood-venting system, a cold-air intake, a front strut-tower brace with shock caps, and a unique engine cover. Under the decklid is a rear strut-tower brace that stiffens the chassis and improves handling characteristics of the car.
Mopar '10 will be available in Brilliant Black with a choice of three accent colors: Mopar Blue, Red or Silver. Accent colors will appear on side stripes as well as in the stitching on the steering wheel and seats. Exterior features include 20-inch forged heritage gloss-black wheels, black-chromed grille surround, and a functional, vented T/A-style hood with vintage hood pins. Mopar logos and graphics are prominent on the front fascia, hood, hood-pin caps, body-side stripes, windows and on the chromed fuel door. A special Mopar '10 car cover also comes with the vehicle.
Interior features include Katzkin leather seating, custom leather-wrapped steering wheel with baseball-style stitching, Mopar shift handles (T-handle for automatics, Pistol Grip for manuals), a serialized dash plaque with Mopar '10 logo and Mopar branding throughout.
Every customer who purchases a Mopar '10 will receive a special owner kit that includes a certificate with the vehicle identification number (VIN), date of build completion, and build number. The kit also includes a limited-edition sketch of the vehicle signed by Chrysler Group design chief Mark Trostle, a book that highlights the special vehicle build, and Mopar '10 merchandise.
About Chrysler Group LLC
Chrysler Group LLC, formed in 2009 from a global strategic alliance with Fiat Group, produces Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep®, Ram Truck, Mopar and Global Electric Motorcars (GEM) brand vehicles and products. With the resources, technology and worldwide distribution network required to compete on a global scale, the alliance builds on Chrysler's culture of innovation - first established by Walter P. Chrysler in 1925 - and Fiat's complementary technology, from a company whose heritage dates back to 1899.
Headquartered in Auburn Hills, Mich., Chrysler Group LLC's product lineup features some of the world's most recognizable vehicles, including Chrysler 300, Dodge Challenger, Jeep Wrangler and Ram 1500. Fiat will contribute world-class technology, platforms and powertrains for small- and medium-sized cars, allowing Chrysler Group to offer an expanded product line including environmentally friendly vehicles.
About Mopar
Mopar is Chrysler Group LLC's service, parts and customer-care brand.
Mopar distributes approximately 280,000 parts and accessories in more than 90 countries and is the source for all original-equipment parts for Ram, Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep vehicles. Mopar parts are unique in that they are engineered with the same teams that create factory-authorized vehicle specifications for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram Truck vehicles, a direct connection that no other aftermarket parts company can provide.
When Chrysler bought Dodge in 1928, the need for a dedicated parts manufacturer, supplier and distribution system to support the growing enterprise led to the formation of the Chrysler Motor Parts Corporation (CMPC) in 1929.
Mopar (a simple contraction of the words Motor and PARts) was trademarked for a line of antifreeze products in 1937. It also was widely used as a moniker for the CMPC. The Mopar brand made its mark in the 1960s - the muscle-car era. The former Chrysler Corporation built race-ready Dodge and Plymouth "package cars" equipped with special high-performance parts. Mopar carried a line of "special parts" for super stock drag racers and developed its racing parts division, called Mopar Performance Parts, in order to enhance speed and handling for both road and racing use.
